7. MOVE IT! YOUNG NACHWUCHSWETTBEWERB 2025

Zum 21. MOVE IT! Filmfestival führen wir im Jugendprogramm zum 7. Mal den MOVE IT! YOUNG Nachwuchswettbewerb durch.

Wir empfehlen das Programm ab 13 Jahren. In den Filmen werden sensible Inhalte wie Antisemitismus, Rassismus, Gewaltdarstellung, Suizid oder Depression angesprochen.

MOVE IT! YOUNG  bietet jungen Nachwuchsfilmer*innen einen eigenen Wettbewerb. Die Jugendjury präsentiert das diesjährige Programm zum Thema „Zuhause“. Gezeigt werden Kurzfilme aller Genre, die von Kindern und Jugendlichen bis zu einem Alter von maximal 21 Jahren selbst produziert wurden und höchstens bei der Umsetzung professionelle Hilfe durch Medienpädagog*innen und – didaktiker*innen erhalten haben.

Der 7. MOVE IT! YOUNG Nachwuchspreis 2025  ist sowohl ein Jury- als auch ein Publikumspreis! Die Auswahl der Preisträgerfilme erfolgt im Anschluss an die Vorführung des Kurzfilmprogramms vor Ort im Zentralkino durch das anwesende Publikum und wird direkt durch die Jugendjury übergeben. Die Gewinner*innen erhalten Preise im Gesamtwert von 300.- €.

Der Preis wird von Akifra e.V. gesponsert.

For the 21st MOVE IT! Filmfestival we are holding for the 7th time the MOVE IT! YOUNG competition for young filmmakers.

We recommend the programme for ages 13 and up. The films deal with sensitive topics such as anti-Semitism, racism, depictions of violence, suicide and depression.

MOVE IT! YOUNG offers young filmmakers their own competition. The youth jury presents this year’s programme on the theme of „home“. Short films of all genres will be shown that have been produced by children and young people up to a maximum age of 21 and have received professional help from media educators and didacticians.

The 7th MOVE IT! YOUNG Young Talent Award 2025 is both a jury and an audience award! The selection of the winning films will take place after the screening of the short film programme on site at the Zentralkino by the attending audience and will be handed over directly by the youth jury. The winners will receive prizes worth a total of 300.- €.
